The Gluten-Free Mall is a pretty good resource for GF products that you can not find locally. I was missing good old fashioned buttered noodles. So I ordered Glutano Tagliatelle pasta which look like the longed for noodles of pre GF days. The package says to cook 4-6 minutes. I cooked them for 7 and they were still firm. I definately enjoyed them with salt, pepper and butter.
I also ordered GF croutons but have not used them yet. I hope I like them because then I can bring them along when I go out to eat and they will make a nice addition to my salad.
