This old SNL reference comes in handy on this Sunday night. Cheeseburgers are a quick and easy meal, not to mention delicious with fried onions and a can of corn. I had some coleslaw that I made at lunch time to go with the tuna, so I had a bite of the slaw as well. I used extra sharp cheddar cheese on the burgers and they were just right. I don't care for my meat to be well done, so I kept the flame low.
I haven't made anything new lately and I'm also in the middle of a lot of dental work so I'm eating on one side only which is not much fun.
