Elbows with Clam Sauce


There is nothing like a good home cooked meal. Except I can't take all the credit for this one. The pasta is Tinkayada, of course. The clam sauce is from a place in downtown Brooklyn. They were featured on a CBS food news segment and since my friend lives in that area he went to try it out. We have been eating this once a week for months now. I did used freshly grated cheese, no more of that stuff in the container.
The plate is a Cynthia Rowley. I purchased four of them at a store called Fishes Eddy before they closed the downtown Brooklyn location at a great price. I think they are so cute.
